- Is the Movie Nigh Snack Box complimentary?
- Yes! A complimentary MOVIE SNACK BOX is provided in every room and is placed in a black grid basket at the desk. Our mini bar stock comes with corresponding fees.
- What is your policy on pets?
- In order to ensure a comfortable experience for all guests, the hotel regrets to inform that pets are not permitted to stay overnight in guest rooms. However, pets are welcome in designated common areas, including the garden and restaurant, as long as they are kept on a leash and equipped with a diaper.
- What is your policy on children?
- Children who are 4 feet and below sleep for free in the existing bed/s of a room shared with a paying adult. Fees apply should an extra bed be required.
- Do you accept credit card as payment?
- We accept all credit cards and online payment options (bank transfer, GCash, Maya)
- Do you allow day use of the rooms?
- We currently do not have an option for day use of rooms, however, we do allow use of Aquarium Pool for day tours from 8 am to 9 pm, daily.
